Gotta bring my folks to the airport. And before you start... got no idea how to get wifi and the coords before I leave there. Or the toys to do it. :(

Would like to find the party if you aren't too far away. Oh well. Maybe I will try and figure out my phone's net access??

38th posting of the $100Mouse Hunt Game

Postby $100Mouse » Sat Dec 19, 2009 8:59 am

The 2009 Christmas Edition of the $100Mouse Hunt Game does not have the normal crisp $100 bill for first place or a crisp $50 bill for second, a crisp $20 bill for third place, nor the un-touched, un-circulated $2 bills for 4th - 10th place. Instead a little Christmas money will be awarded for this hunt and the prizes are as listed below.
Here are the cash prizes for this 4hr Special Edition of The $100Mouse Hunt:
1st place = $100
2nd place = $100
3rd place = $100
4th place = $100
5th - 10th place = $20
Special Note: All those who have registered their ID for the hunts according to the posted rule changes on 7/12/09 will be eligible for the added Christmas prizes but this one time only, those who chose not to register for the hunts but are on my printed membership list will still receive the $2 prizes. The *one prize per driven vehicle* rule still applies plus *** ID required for ALL PRIZES this time*** even the $2 bills.
------------------------------

Today the Mouse is hiding at;
N33°13.834 W092°39.955
This location is a sit-down, weather and child but not pet friendly (who would have guessed that choice in this weather, right? J ) location and the Mouse will be here until 12:noon .
Would you like a little bit of extra Christmas, or ice cream money, or maybe just a simple Christmas adventure, well catch the $100Mouse before he is long gone.

Merry Christmas to all and to all - Good Luck and a Safe Trip.

I'm not up to a three hour chase today. The southern border is just a tad too far for me.

The 38th Edition, 2009 Christmas Hunt report

Postby BackpacknJack » Sat Dec 19, 2009 11:19 pm

This edition of the Hunt was brought to you by the letters S-W-S-S-E-E-S and out of the possible locations chosen by random drawings of the mouse tags - EL Dorado, Strong or Junction city, (without that last S it could have ended up at Smackover again.) I chose EL Dorado.
$420 dollars was handed out by the Mouse on this hunt, to 5 happy Hunters plus 2 mini hunters and below is your Mouse Hunt report:
------------------------
I was sitting all alone eating curds and whey - oops, sorry wrong story.
I stuck in my thumb and pulled out a plum - no that can’t be it.
12 and 20 blackbirds were baked in a pie - no that story doesn’t fit either.
I was in the counting house, counting out my money - yep that’s it - when out in the parking lot what did appear, but 2ter and her chauffeur arkfiremedic from EL Dorado and they had only used 21min of the game clock 8:21 to grab the first $100 bill so I already knew counting my money wasn’t going to take much time after today.

We were wondering if grzz51 had jammed ronbo’s internet again, or what ever it was he did the last time to keep him out of the race when we looked out in the parking lot and saw one of the Grand Master Mousers dentful1 all the way from Glenwood and he had made it by 9:51 so he gets the second $100 bill and the old fat man with the white beard is wondering if he is going to be left with enough for breakfast.

I’m wondering how in the world he beat out gengerose when in pops Quaz26 from Sherwood and I’m thinking QuazJR and me are going to get to share one of those chocolate dipped ice creams he likes so much with the 3rd place $100 bill that 10:02 mouse card got him and his dad but at least this McD’s had stopped serving those cones so it was plain old breakfast for both of us.

At 10:09 the final $100 bill goes to gengerose from Hot Springs while on her way to the event in Prescott and the Mouse is glad he got breakfast before going completely broke.

It was a long sit for me and Quaz26 and a very long drive for specialteacher but she made it in time to claim the first $20 bill and the last of the prizes won today by the Mousers with a time card reading 11:10. Maybe that at least helped pay for her gas to the event in Prescott at noon.

It was a long 4hrs of sitting for an old hyper man like me but it was nice to be able to hand out a little Christmas Cash on this beautiful chilly day in South Arkansas.

So on the 19th day of the 12th month in the 2009th year of our Lord, the rich oil town of EL Dorado, Arkansas (population 21,530) was painted FOUND and the $100Mouse Hunt Game was put to rest.

I hope all of your outdoor activities today were both Safe and Successful.

I hope you have enjoyed participating in or following the 38 Editions of the $100Mouse Hunt Game.
THE END
